Outstanding Pay and Benefits Program
Most experienced Dartco drivers earn between
$50,000 and $60,000 a year.
Starting pay is based on your past 5 years
of verifiable experience.
Your pay increases
1 cent per mile every
year that you are with
Dartco, up to
$0.42 per mile ($.07 paid as per diem)
plus
bonuses. Direct
deposit is available
for
your convenience. |
Additional Pay
- $100 orientation pay with your first settlement
- Cartage or dray pay
- $50 layover or breakdown pay after the first 24 hours
- $30 Extra Stop Pay
- Detention pay after 2 hours
- $20 per "Perfect DOT Inspection"

Retirement Benefits
You can participate in Dartco's 401-K program on the
1st of the month following 30 days of employment. On
the
1st day of the month following 6 months of
employment,
Dartco contributes $1 for every $2 you
contribute, up to
5% of your gross wages. Vesting rules
apply.
